I'm disappointed in me. I went to The Range, passed all those incredible looking desserts, and didn't have one. Shame on me. What I did do was sit at the bar and enjoy a local brew while also having juevos rancheros. This was a big plate of food that arrived very quickly and was hot and delicious. I had mine with green chili, of course, and the plentiful sides were as good as the sauce. Of course there was a really good tortilla in case I missed anything. The place is clean and vibrant and the food service was very fast. I'd go back without hesitation except, next time, I'm leaving room for dessert. The guy next to me at the bar had a cinnamon roll that was as big as a car hubcap and looked delicious. I wanted to distract him and sneak a bite but, well, I also like not getting kicked out of places or starting problems.

Food was great! Service was top notch. We sat outside to enjoy the sunshine. Portion size was large. We had to take half of our meal to go. I’ve reviewed restaurants in several Western states, and this is one of the best! I would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast here at the Range Cafe, we should have waited until lunch so we could of tried the pies displayed in the case! Portions are very big & you can easily split. We bought a bag of blue corn mix to make our own waffles & pancakes!

Service great , atmosphere great , super friendly and hardly a wait to get a table . The food was absolutely delicious.no complaints at all

Stopped here on new years day. Not many places were open so when we passed this location I remember from being the standard diner now the range, was super glad we stopped by. I had the combination plate and the wife had the build your own burger. We were both very satisfied with our meals. Also tried the chips and queso which was really good and not so spicy which the wife was able to eat. The chips were served warm which was very nice. The combo plate was really good and the chicken taco that came with it was amazing, will definitely be back. Our server sorry forget his name was great as well.

Delicious food. Service was great but there was a delay upon arriving before we were greeted. Decor-50's diner redone, very cute and artistic.

Delicious apps. Green Chile Strips goes great with the sauce since it’s a little bland. I was surprised that the coleslaw was spicy. Spicier than the green chile peppers. I destroyed the nachos. Chicken was cooked perfect. The food arrived hella fast. Great service too.😍

Had the basic breakfast and wife had SW bowl. Both were great, biscuits wonderful. I recommend getting the red and green chili sauces on the side, great flavors. Cute decor (oven ranges (antique) and we took a pecan roll to go (can't forget the best part!). Would have been 5 stars but waited 5+ minutes for someone to greet us at the door to be seated.

Got into town late and this was in walking distance of my hotel. Glad I tried it! The restaurant atmosphere was upbeat, the server was friendly and pleasant and the food was excellent! I wasn’t really up for a burger or Tex mex but the menu had a lot to pick from and I opted for the turkey platter. It was one of the best Thanksgiving style meals I’ve had. The turkey was tender, green beans and carrots were the right mix of roasted flavor and crisp texture, the mushroom gravy complimented the mashed potatoes, dressing and turkey perfectly without overwhelming the flavors, and the cranberry sauce was the perfect balance of tart and sweet. I had a strawberry cinnamon roll for dessert and it certainly lived up to the quality of the rest of the dinner. It was gigantic and (despite how it looks in the picture) it was not overly sweet. I was pleasantly surprised to find the icing had a mild flavor to it that worked really well with the layers of pastry and didn’t overwhelm me with a sugar high. That having been said this was definitely more than I could eat and was a shareable. This was a good start to my first time in Albuquerque and it was a great meal. I’ll be back tomorrow to try breakfast…
